DataTable performance harness

One config, profiled: client-filtering + pagination over 1000 deterministic rows. Render cost is the median Profiler commit duration; interaction cost is the median of repeated sort-toggle samples.

jsdom timing is indicative, not authoritative. This rig proves reproducible medians before any matrix sweep or threshold derivation.

One-config rig

Press Measure interaction to sample the sort-toggle cost. The median render value fills in from React's Profiler on mount. The matrix sweep, threshold derivation, and ratchet encoding are separate follow-up units.
